A little goes a long way in keeping your Meilia piece a part of your everyday jewelry selection. We recommend the following for your jewelry:
1. Minimizing exposure to water and chemicals;
2. Removing before engaging in physical activities;
3. Avoiding knocks/bumps against hard surfaces; and

4. Storing in its original packaging and separate from other gemstones or jewelry.

If you would like to clean your jewelry, we recommend gently wiping it down with a clean, lint-free, or microfiber cloth. When you feel that it’s due for some deep cleaning, immerse your piece in lukewarm water mixed with mild soap. Gently scrub the piece with a soft bristle toothbrush or your fingers. Avoid pressing too forcefully and don’t forget to shake off the water and towel it dry!

If you prefer to store your piece in the jewelry box it arrived in, we recommend keeping the box open from time to time. Prolonged storage in an enclosed box may result in tarnishing from heat and humidity.

Our polishing cloth is untreated and can be used to wipe down your jewelry piece as part of your regular maintenance routine.

Every Meilia piece is designed with the intention of longevity. With that, we are excited to offer a one-year warranty on all of our products to return or refund any jewelry that does not meet your expectations.

Please note that the warranty does not cover improper usage and regular wear and tear - including discoloration, oxidation, and tarnishing developed from everyday wear.

Finding your best fit is key to feeling good in your jewelry! You can use one of the following methods to measure your ring size:

• Find an existing ring that fits the finger where your new ring will be worn. Measure the internal diameter of the ring and compare it against our size guide below!
• Wrap a thin strip of paper snugly around your finger. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance, and compare it against our size guide. 

To ensure the best fit, measure your finger at the end of the day when they are at their largest. Remember to warm your hands up as well, and avoid measuring after consuming alcohol or salty foods as these could affect the sizing.
