Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

All returned jewelry must be in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage. All returned jewelry must also arrive in the condition it was received, with its original packaging intact. All bundles must be returned as a complete set.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a USPS return label for $5.50. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive your items in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund once your return has been processed. It may take up to 5-10 business days from the time the refund was issued for it to show up on your bank/credit card/PayPal statement, depending on the payment method used.
