We typically send an order confirmation email to the same email used to make the purchase. You will be able to find your order number in the email. Alternatively, if you have a Meilia account, log in and select “View Orders” under your account. There, you can find your order number and the details associated with your order!

Please note that our team works to prepare and dispatch your order as soon as possible, and we may not be able to cancel/update your order upon request past the 24-hour window.
We want to make sure your Meilia jewelry gets to the right place! Please reach out to us here or email us at contact.us@meilia.co within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes on our end.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Do note that tracking links can take up to 24 hours to update from the time the package was sent.

In most cases, yes! We are excited to offer price adjustments on any product that goes on sale within 72 hours of your purchase. To request a price adjustment, contact us here or email us at contact.us@meilia.co. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original payment method and it may take from 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
