We offer the following payment methods on our website: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Please note that your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, to ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible. We are also unable to change the payment method once the order has been placed.

If you have a digital gift card, simply enter the unique digital gift card code given in the discount code section of the checkout. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should there be a balance, you can use any of the payment methods we offer. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.

Your returns will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive your items in our warehouse. Thereafter, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that Meilia will not be able to issue a refund to a different payment method from the one that was used to place the order. 

It may take up to 5-10 business days from the time the refund was issued for it to show up on your bank/credit card/PayPal statement, depending on the payment method used.

We love a good promotion as much as you do! Simply enter the promotional code in the Discount Code field when you reach the Payment section of the checkout process. All valid promotional codes should apply once you hit the “Apply” button, and you will see the updated prices reflected in your cart.
